Springetts Arcade Management invite people to provide comments with various types of content for use within the Springetts' Thankyou Blog. You may have ideas & comments to send us (referred to in these terms and conditions as your content), but we can only accept your content if you comply with the terms and conditions set out below.

Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Your Content

1. This Blog is moderated by a Springetts' Arcade Managment representative who reserves the right to exercise editorial control over posted content. By submitting to the Blog, you understand and agree that we may post your comment in its entirety, in an edited version, or not at all. Any editing will be done primarily for purposes of clarity, length or deletion of inappropriate, or potentially defamatory material.
2. Your content may not contain offensive language. If it is sent, your content will not be published and no future content will be accepted.
3. It is the nature of Blogs for contributors to take responsilbilty for their posted comments. We therefore do not accept anonymous comments. By submitting a comment to the Blog, you understand and agree that your full name will be posted along with your comment.
4. All posted comments become the property of Springetts' Arcade Management. By agreeing to posting your comments on the Blog, you acknowledge and agree that your comment may be reused by Springetts' Arcade Management or quoted in other media and might be attributed to you by name. You also agree that Springetts' Arcade Management can publish your content without making payment to you.
5. We reseve the rights to change the Blog procedure and these terms and Conditions at any time. If and when we do, we will let you know.
