Springett’s Arcade has welcomed Credence Counselling with Nerida Little to the arcade in Suite 118 on the gallery level. Credence offers counselling for adults, adolescents and children in: family relationships, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety and depression.
Working from a person-centred basis, with Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and influences from Psychodynamic and Neuroscience therapies Nerida offers an integrated and flexible approach for clients to have the support they need to begin living wholeheartedly, with meaning and purpose.
Combining counselling and corporate experience, Nerida is available for corporate training, individual counselling and mentoring. For teams and workplaces, she has developed programs with an emphasis on communication and relationship building using a strengths-based approach.
