Established in 2022, Springett’s Arcade created Be Part of the Art Competition to inspire young artists and foster creativity in the community.

Targeting Wingecarribee Year 6 students, the program creates and annual theme. This year the students were challenged to create artworks that represent their Most Inspirational Place in the Southern Highlands.

All winning artworks are put on banners with the school logo and showcased in our aerial art exhibition during the Back-to-School Season each year.

The Grand prize winner also wins the opportunity to work with a professional chalk artist to bring their artwork to the iconic Chalk Art Mural on Gallery level as part of the art exhibition.

After the exhibition, Springett’s gifts the banners back to the schools.
